Japan Airlines will make structural changes

For the last quartedr of 2009 the bigest asian air company Japan Airlines has a loss of 47 billion USD.
For the same period of the previous year its loss has been 37 billion USD. At the moment, Japan Airlines performs a program
for restructuring with the help of Japanese government. The program is for 9,7 billion USD,
from which one third is from the budget and two thirds are credit from Japanese development bank.

During the period of restructuring, the company will cancel some flight and will
decrease the work force by one third. Aslo, the older plains will be replaced by new.
IATA said that the state help for the company must not prevent the competition
and the restructuring should be fast.
